Scope of WorkAs an Oncology Navigator, you will provide high-quality education, follow-up, and emotional support to patients and their families. You will manage patient cases throughout the inpatient and outpatient settings, measuring outcomes to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, you will oversee projects and programs related to clinical management, conducting quality improvement activities to assess program processes and outcomes.

- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 5 years of relevant experience, and LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing, prior teaching experience, and certifications such as CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS), CRT-Breast Patient Navigator, and CRT-Oncology Certified Nurse.
