Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Relationship Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Building and maintaining relationships with employers to secure work experience opportunities for participants
* Coordinating work experience activities, including timesheet management and paycheck distribution
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, including contract requirements
* Tracking outcomes and managing contractual goals related to the Work Experience Program

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience, preferably in implementation or interpretation of policies and procedures and/or workforce development
* At least 1-year experience building business relationships OR at least 1 year related workforce development experience
* Strong computer skills, with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software programs
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, or through electronic means

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $21.00 per hour, plus benefits including health, life, dental, and disability insurance, paid holidays, 401K, flexible spending account, and tuition assistance.
