Job Summary

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to capture high-quality images of patients' internal structures. Your expertise will ensure that physicians and other healthcare professionals receive accurate diagnostic information to make informed decisions.

This is a 13-week contract position with a guaranteed schedule of 6p-6a, Friday to Sunday. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide diagnostic assistance. If you are a detail-oriented and compassionate individual with a passion for diagnostic imaging, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring they are comfortable and properly positioned.
  • Operate CT scanners to capture high-quality images of designated body parts.
  • Ensure patient safety by following safety protocols and minimizing radiation exposure.
  • Analyze images to ensure they are of diagnostic quality and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide diagnostic assistance.

Requirements:

  • State license to work as a CT technologist.
  • Computed Tomography - Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in radiologic technology.
  • CPR and BLS certification.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff.
