We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN Staff Nurse in our Critical Care, Tele, PCU, and Med-Surg units. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and use your coordination skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical care and coordinate with patients, families, and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate and meets patient needs.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote a healthy work environment and encourage excellence in patient care outcomes.
- Establish and revise priorities and document patient care and activities based on acuity, priority, and customer preference.
- Utilize and document the nursing process, demonstrating appropriate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Teach patients and families about health information and share written materials as needed.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and identify opportunities for clinical or operational improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN.
- Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse or eligibility for license.
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS and NIHSS certification required at hire to work in Critical Care, may be obtained upon hire for Acuity Adaptable.
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing School.
