About Us:

KRS Holdings Inc is a dynamic residential property management company based in Henrico County. We are seeking a skilled HVAC maintenance technician to join our team.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (On-call rotation for emergencies)

Key Responsibilities:

1. HVAC System Maintenance

Conduct routine maintenance on various HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

2. Troubleshooting and Repair

Diagnose and resolve issues across a range of HVAC systems, including heat pumps and gas furnace systems.

3. Installation and Repair

Install new heat pumps and gas furnace systems, and troubleshoot and repair appliances, including boilers, gas, and electric appliances.

4. Multi-Skilled Technician

Perform minor electrical, carpentry, appliance, and plumbing tasks daily to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in HVAC repair and installation.

Certification: full EPA certification required.

Preference: Boiler experience is preferred.

Skills: Working knowledge of appliances, with the ability to diagnose and repair.

Clean driver's license to qualify for use of a company truck.
