We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Social Model Recovery Systems. This role involves providing treatment services through individual counseling, group process, multi-family sessions, educational groups, and recreational activities.
About the RoleThe Primary Counselor will work with participants in our Omni residential treatment program for men. The ideal candidate will have a SUD registered or certified credential and be able to facilitate full utilization of service units.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a treatment plan for each participant on the caseload and evaluate their progress in meeting the goals and objectives within the treatment plan.
- Update the individual treatment plans, as appropriate, in a timely manner.
- Document the services provided according to standards set by the Agency and applicable County, State, and Federal regulations.
The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credential.
