We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our ICU Step Down team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ICU or Step Down.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
