About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a weekend option basis. As a member of our TMS unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise and experience will be essential in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the TMS unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
  • At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting
