We are seeking an experienced Painting and Repair Technician to join our Engineering team at Bellwether Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach. This role involves a variety of maintenance duties, including painting, wall repair, and supporting the Engineering team.

• Cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting
• Applying coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
• Maintaining equipment by cleaning, performing routine maintenance, and repairing it as needed
• Examining finished surfaces for quality and retouching any defects

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous engineering/painting experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
