Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirements. You will also contribute to test planning and build test cases for stories in the sprint, automate test cases in UI and database using tools like Selenium/Tosca, and build and use test data required for test case execution. Additionally, you will execute test cases, including manual and automated tests, and record test results, as well as test new and existing features, debug code, and report errors and failures. You will collaborate with the development team for defect triaging and execute all levels of testing (Functional, Integration, and Regression). You will also design, develop, and execute automation scripts, detect and track software defects, provide timely solutions, apply quality principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle, and ensure implementation of standards and processes within the project.
