Dietary Assistant

Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing, serving, and cleaning up after meals served to residents in the nursing center. You will also maintain a clean and attractive dining room, meal service, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and attractive dining room, meal service, and delivery
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Ensure resident satisfaction and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
