Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This position involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop accurate diagnoses and identify appropriate treatment needs based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients, utilizing effective techniques to improve speech clarity, language development, communication effectiveness, and swallowing function.
- Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders, treatment options, and strategies for supporting progress at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to client care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical, school, or healthcare setting is desirable.
