Youth Leader - Christian Career

Christian Career is in search of a dedicated individual to spearhead the youth ministry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in imparting spiritual teachings, fostering connections with young individuals, and collaborating with church leadership to shape the vision for the youth program. This part-time role presents opportunities for future advancement within the organization.

• Exhibit a Christ-centered lifestyle and engage in regular prayer for the youth.
• Manage and execute the curriculum for the youth ministry.
• Guide and promote the spiritual development of young people.
• Engage with youth during services and support related programs.
• Establish positive relationships with both students and their families.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers and youth leaders.
• Provide leadership with quarterly updates on ministry progress.

• A strong sense of calling to work with youth and a commitment to biblical teachings.
• Capability to build and lead effective ministry teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Alignment with the organization's Statement of Faith.
• Successful completion of a background screening.
