The Surgery Coordinator is a registered nurse who supports the Director/Administrative Director of Perioperative Services in coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing care delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement nursing care plans
- Manage the unit in the absence of the Directors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state licensure or eligibility to do so
- CPR certification
- AORN Certification preferred
- ACLS or PALS optional
