**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Financial Services Specialist to join our team at MPI Unlimited. As a key member of our In-Force Acceleration team, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer service and fostering strong client connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Efficiently communicate with brokers, insurance carriers, and licensed producers to provide and obtain client updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues through professional communication channels.
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients by acting as a point of contact to address inquiries, provide comprehensive application/policy updates, and resolve issues while fostering strong client relationships and maintaining a high level of client confidentiality.
- Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis of individual client policies and develop solutions for implementing MPI financial strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by processing life insurance applications, Replacement of Existing Life Insurance Contracts (RELOC), and Policy Conservation Opportunities (PCO's) ensuring completeness and accuracy, as well as collaborate with brokers and insurance carriers to gather additional information and necessary documents for the underwriting process.
- Client Identification: Identify potential clients that are eligible for RELOC or have PCO's that may need to be processed and work with brokers and insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely processes.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity by entering and updating client account information and underwriting updates in the CRM and ensuring proper documentation is filed in accordance with client records retention policy and state and federal regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reporting for department/executive management, providing insights for data-driven decision-making, as well as collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and propose innovative solutions.
- Special Projects: Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish, both verbally and in written communications.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, agents, underwriting case managers, and insurance carrier partners.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, collaborating with agents, underwriting case managers, insurance carrier partners, and management.
- Self-motivated with a positive proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
