Tire Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tire Specialist to join our team at Discount Tire. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing tires on cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles. They will also participate in ongoing training and education to enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Responsibilities:
  • Install new tires and wheels
  • Perform maintenance tasks, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Work safely and follow best practices
  • Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Dedicated and reliable individual
  • Coachable and trainable
  • Motivated team player
  • Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills
