We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food and beverage division. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, cookware, and utensils to the highest standards of cleanliness
• Break down trays and deliver clean cookware and serving ware to the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to Omni's high sanitation standards
• Store all dishes, cookware, and utensils in their proper locations
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in stewarding is strongly preferred
• Must have Food Handler Certificate
