Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crown Landing Server to join our team at Loews Hotels. As a Crown Landing Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
    • Monitor guest tables and refill drinks and bread as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • One year of experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift trays weighing up to 35 pounds repetitively during entire shift.
