Carside Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Carside Server to join our team at Applebee's. As a Carside Server, you will be the first point of contact for our guests over the phone and the last impression as you deliver their order with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests over the phone and in person.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Anticipate the needs of our guests and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
