Job Title: Physical Therapist/ PTA

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients at Christus Health. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role
  • Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Directs and supervises physical therapy technicians and support staff as needed, promoting a cohesive and efficient care environment.
  • Assumes responsibility for physical therapy charges and billing processes, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent is required, demonstrating expertise in evidence-based practice and current clinical techniques.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records are essential, facilitating seamless documentation and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clear patient education.
  • Maintenance of current licensure in Texas and provision of proof of registration are mandatory, upholding the highest standards of professional competence.
