About the Role

Southern Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Correctional Nurse to join our team at the Barnwell County Detention Center. As a Correctional Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a secure and controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in a correctional setting
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team
  • Coordinate patient care activities and ensure seamless transitions between shifts
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
