At Alternatives, Inc., we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Caregiver Specialist. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities in our residential group homes.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.25 per hour ($22.25 on weekends), plus benefits such as paid training, annual raises, mileage reimbursement, staff appreciation events, and eligibility for a federal student loan forgiveness program.

As a Residential Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with activities of daily living, implementing behavioral plans, and promoting independence and integration into the community. You will work closely with our clients to understand their preferences and needs, and develop strategies to support them in achieving their goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and the ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
