Key Responsibilities- Build a patient-focused functional medicine practice
- Develop and maintain an internal and external referral network to attract chronically ill patients to the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine
- Collaborate with the Medical Director in clinical program development and implementation
- Work closely with team members to optimize the patient care experience
- Provide feedback to the Medical Director and Practice Administrator on effective mechanisms to improve patient flow, patient care, EMR documentation, diagnostic testing options, and nutraceutical therapeutics
- Provide clinical support for shared medical visits
- Provide education to support patient groups aimed at promoting health behaviors and lifestyle changes
- Provide education to medical staff, residents, and students on functional medicine
- Integrated Medicine or Functional Medicine experience required
- Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (will consider practitioners with 75% program completion and clinical experience)
- Medical degree from an accredited school
- License to practice in the state of Ohio
- Current DEA and NPI Certificate of Registration
- Active ABMS (or ABPS) Board Certification
