FCS Psychiatric Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Adult Psychiatrist to join our team in the Martinez area. As a key member of our outpatient program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We are looking for a skilled psychiatrist with a passion for delivering comprehensive adult psychiatric care. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult patients, including medical history, mental status exams, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient care.
  • Provide psychotherapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based modalities.
Requirements
  • Degree: MD or DO in Psychiatry from an accredited medical school.
  • Licenses: Board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and hold a valid medical license in California.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in adult psychiatry, with a strong background in outpatient settings.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $350,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
