Position Overview

The Finance Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the CFO and Controller, taking a proactive approach in managing financial operations while also guiding a team of accountants.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in daily financial operations, mentoring junior accounting staff and assisting in the establishment of standardized accounting policies.
  • Analyze financial outcomes and partner with the CFO to develop strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize KPIs and dashboards to support informed management decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models that align with growth strategies and improve margin performance.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, ensuring accuracy and feasibility of monthly forecasts.
  • Prepare quarterly financial analyses for presentation to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP through meticulous review of accounting records and implementation of effective internal controls.
  • Oversee month-end reconciliations and account-closing procedures.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong foundation in financial accounting principles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance capacity.
  • Proficient analytical and financial modeling abilities.
  • Experience with accounting software and technology.
