Janitorial Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Janitor / Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' facilities, including office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms.

You will work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard. You will be expected to work a Sunday to Thursday shift, 10:30 pm-7:00 am, and will be provided with on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' facilities, including office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, pulling the trash, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Meet deadlines and work efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.

• Physical ability to stoop and bend repeatedly, be on your feet for a full shift, and work around cleaning and disinfecting chemicals.
• Reliable transportation.
• No experience required.
• On-the-job training program.
