Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Tax Controller to lead our financial operations at CIG. This role is essential in overseeing our Accounting, Legal, IT, Risk Management, and Aviation sectors. As a Senior Tax Controller, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic vision and planning across these vital areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the company's leadership team to ensure alignment and drive performance.
- Lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- An active CPA license is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
