Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in patient care

Requirements:

  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an LPN/LVN in a medical setting
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights
