Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time instructor to join our Interior Design Department at Front Range Community College. As an instructor, you will provide instruction in all levels of interior design, including developmental and/or transfer levels. Course assignments will be made based on your experience.

About the Role

You will work individually, as well as in collaboration with colleagues, to develop innovative curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse population of students. Your top priority will be student retention and success, and you will utilize technology and effective teaching strategies to develop students' critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Teach interior design courses at different times, locations, and modalities to meet the needs of the College.
  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse student population.
  • Utilize technology and effective teaching strategies to develop students' critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong commitment to student success and a passion for teaching interior design. You should have a bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field, and experience teaching interior design courses. You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
