Speech Language Therapist for Academic Success

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Therapist, you will be integral in providing speech and language therapy services within a school environment. You will be responsible for conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities, and developing and executing tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. They will also have experience working with school-aged children, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities.
- Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
- Deliver direct speech therapy services, addressing articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and pragmatics goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to ensure cohesive care and effective intervention strategies.
- Track student progress, document therapy sessions, and communicate effectively with the school team and caregivers.
- Stay abreast of best practices and evidence-based interventions in the speech-language pathology field.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
