  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Warehousing certifications (e.g. Certified Warehouse Manager).
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Knowledge of Lean Warehousing principles and practices.
