About the Role

Marquee Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Fairway Dental. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our dentists and hygienists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors and hygienists, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup.
  • Manage patient flow to ensure efficient appointments and a positive patient experience.
  • Welcome patients and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Capture and process X-rays, and enter patient treatment plans and maintain files at the direction of the dentist.
  • Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories, and monitor laboratory cases to ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule.
Qualifications
  • Dental Assisting Certification in the appropriate state from an accredited school.
  • X-Ray certification, or the ability to acquire in a timely manner.
  • Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • The ability and willingness to create a positive, supportive environment for patients and team members.
