PS&S is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our New York design team in our Woodbury, NY office. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in architectural design and project development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Participate in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development phases.
  • Prepare drawings, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas.
  • Contribute to the production of construction documents and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
  • 0-3 years of post-graduate experience in the Architecture field.
  • Strong design sensibility and passion for architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required, Revit experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative in response to direction from project leadership, and problem-solve with your teammates.
