Senior Control Engineer

PeopleReady is seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and programming control systems for automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and program control systems to meet company and customer specifications
  • Implement safety circuit design and programming via safety PLC
  • Risk assessment and implementation of associated safety devices
  • UL 508 certified design
  • Specify components and document control systems for various types of automated equipment
  • Electrical/Pneumatic design, machine PLC programming, machine debug and certification for customer run-off
  • Travel to customer sites for installation and startup of equipment
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in designing and programming control systems for automated equipment
  • Associated degree in the field of employment
  • Experience with PLC, HMI, Robot, AutoCAD, Motion Control, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics
  • Background check required
