In this role, you will be responsible for combining your massage therapy skills and techniques with the modalities offered by Massage Heights, creating a tailored service for each guest. You will perform and recommend protocols and Elevations with consistency and compliance with brand standards, promote the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy, build relationships with clients, and educate guests about services, products, and programs. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a current state license and liability insurance, be capable of performing/learning deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities, and demonstrate exceptional guest service orientation and communication skills.
