Position Overview:
The Licensed Nursing Assistant is responsible for performing assigned nursing tasks, personal care, and other delegated responsibilities for patients of all ages in their homes or designated facilities. This role involves:

  • Documenting and reporting patient needs and responses to the appropriate Case Manager or Clinical Manager.
