Cardiovascular Therapist

Job Summary:
OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Therapist to join their team as a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in New Jersey.

About the Role:
Assist patients with medical problems related to blood vessels, heart, and lungs. Conduct interviews and examinations to diagnose breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. Provide emergency care for patients experiencing heart attacks, drowning, or shock.

Responsibilities:

1. Interview and examine patients to assess their respiratory and cardiovascular health.
2. Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs.
3. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other treatments as needed.
4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Work Environment:
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, documenting patient progress, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

1. Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) licensure or certification.
2. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment.
