Job Summary:

As a pharmacist at Avera, you will play a critical role in providing patient care and improving health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and recommending optimal medication therapy, processing patient medication orders, and providing pharmaceutical information to staff and patients.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Doctorate degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Pharmacist licensure in the state or states in which the pharmacist provides service is required
  • American Society of Health-System Pharmacist Residency Certification is preferred
  • Board certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties is preferred
