MRG Exams is a leading provider of independent medical exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration.

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

In this role, you will review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and conduct comprehensive assessments in person with each Veteran.

You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.

The successful candidate will NOT make disability determinations, as this responsibility lies with the U.S. Veterans Administration, which uses the findings recorded in the DBQs.

This position involves performing Disability Assessments exclusively on Veterans, with no treatment or medication prescription responsibilities.

As an Independent Contractor, you will be brought on board full-time or part-time (8 am-4 pm) with telehealth options available.

Please note that this is an IN-PERSON position.

Requirements
  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school.
  • An active & unrestricted Psychology license.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (estimated based on national averages).
