Master Tradesperson - Carpentry

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Tradesperson - Carpentry to join our team at Rainbow Restoration/ResiCom Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for completing a variety of carpentry projects, including framing, drywall installation, finishing work, and cabinetry.

About the Role:

• Perform complex carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall installation, finishing work, and cabinetry for residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure precise execution of plans.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to specifications, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to company and industry standards for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, other carpenters, and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally with both residential and commercial project experience.
• Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, levels, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
