Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness in our theatre environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory and/or management position in a similar size operation, with a strong working knowledge of food preparation and accepted safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities will include overseeing daily line operation, preparing food items for banquet and restaurant use, visually inspecting and sampling food for quality and presentation, and supervising staff to maintain high operational standards.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling staff, ordering food and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
