About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Day Surgery Department at Trinity Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and developing care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote patient advocacy and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- A current RN license is required.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
- Other certifications may be required as identified in the Trinity Health Certification Crosswalk.
