At Milan Laser Hair Removal, we're committed to providing top-notch laser hair removal services to our clients. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals while delivering exceptional patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** \u2022 Perform laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures \u2022 Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations \u2022 Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals \u2022 Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals \u2022 Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care \u2022 Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR on a tablet device \u2022 Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients \u2022 Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality \u2022 Collaborate with Clinic Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans **Requirements:** \u2022 Active, unencumbered LPN license \u2022 Out-of-state travel for training may be required \u2022 Passionate about providing excellent patient care \u2022 Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays \u2022 Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written \u2022 Ability to maintain highly confidential information \u2022 Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day \u2022 Be able to lift up to 50 pounds \u2022 Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser \u2022 Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms) **Benefits:** \u2022 Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance within 30 days \u2022 401(k) retirement plan with vested employer match \u2022 Paid time off starting immediately \u2022 Employee and spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal services \u2022 Professional liability insurance provided \u2022 Laser certification on our state-of-the-art laser \u2022 CEU reimbursement \u2022 Annual allowance for scrubs \u2022 Commission opportunities \u2022 Career advancement opportunities At Milan Laser Hair Removal, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that allows our team members to thrive.
