Job Summary:

As a Dialysis Technician at ICONMA, you will provide direct patient care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities will include accurate documentation of patient treatment information, assisting with pre and post dialysis patient assessments, and monitoring dialysis treatment parameters. You will also be responsible for reporting any significant changes in patient condition to the supervisor and assisting with emergency operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Accurately document patient treatment information
Assist with pre and post dialysis patient assessments
Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters
Report any significant changes in patient condition to the supervisor
Assist with emergency operational procedures

Requirements:

Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis
Successfully complete CPR Certification
High school degree or G.E.D.
Education in physical sciences and/or training in laboratory techniques preferred
