Al Falah Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive Islamic and secular education in a nurturing environment. Our mission is to foster academic excellence, moral integrity, and spiritual growth. We seek an experienced Education Consultant to help us establish our new Islamic school and provide expert guidance on compliance, curriculum development, operational management, and community engagement.

The Education Consultant will work closely with the board of directors and the School Director hiring committee to establish the school's foundational structure. Key responsibilities include assessing current classroom spaces for compliance with New Jersey state requirements, evaluating community needs regarding Islamic education, and developing a compelling curriculum that encourages families to switch. The consultant will also oversee the filing of necessary paperwork to initiate the school and provide monthly updates to the board on progress and decisions made.
