Philanthropy Liaison

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year.

• In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, donors, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of philanthropy and community engagement.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our charity client to the public, highlighting our impact and achievements.
• Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, offering effective solutions and following up as needed.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance our fundraising strategies.

• Proven experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or customer service roles.
• A deep understanding of philanthropic principles and their application in various contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
