Essential Role of Culinary Preparation Specialists

As a Culinary Preparation Specialist, you will be tasked with the preparation and assembly of food items, garnishes, and condiments essential for service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items and ingredients for menu offerings according to established recipes and special requests
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends
  • Safely and efficiently utilize all necessary kitchen tools and equipment
  • Effectively communicate to perform and adhere to job requirements
  • Manage multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Work in confined spaces with varying noise and temperature levels
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Maintain mobility throughout the restaurant during shifts
