**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Men's Wearhouse. As a key contributor to our sales floor, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on performance.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high levels of performance;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including tuxedo styles, sizes, and accessories;
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and preferences;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales or retail;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
