- Document services in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
- Ensure pharmacy operations meet national accreditation standards.
- Select, dose, administer, and dispense medication appropriately.
- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based medication services.
- Utilize available technology proficiently.
- Verify orders and dispensing medications according to state and federal regulations.
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current State within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum one year related experience preferred.
- Mobility, grasping, bending, reaching, sitting, and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and push/pull up to 250 lbs.
