Certification Requirements- Possession of an active VA or Compact License
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course certification
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Facility Type: ER Magnet Level II Trauma Center
- Unit: Emergency Room
- Work Schedule: Nights, 3 shifts of 12 hours each
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP, contingent on training schedule
- Annual Patient Visits: Approximately 65,000
- Emergency Department Capacity: 36 beds, including 8 express care beds
- Trauma Center Level: II
- Patient Demographics: Neonate to geriatric
- Certification: Comprehensive stroke center with 24/7 interventional cardiology
- Recognition: Magnet-designated facility
- Active VA or Compact License required at the time of submission
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Shifts: Nights, 3x12s
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Weekend Shifts: 6 per 6-week schedule
- Flu vaccine is mandatory during the flu season (October 1st - March 31st)
- Exemption requests for the flu vaccine must adhere to CMS guidelines
- All exemption requests will be reviewed and approved with appropriate documentation
